Shipping policy
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping & Delivery
- Estimated delivery time within the United States: 5–15 business days.
- Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
- Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, customs inspections, or high order volumes.
Tracking Information
- Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been shipped.
- Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Multiple Shipments
- If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.
Incorrect Address
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
- Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
- If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
- We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
