Shipping policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery time within the United States: 5–15 business days.
  • Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
  • Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, customs inspections, or high order volumes.

Tracking Information

  • Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been shipped.
  • Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Multiple Shipments

  • If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.

Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
  • Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
  • We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
