Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Muaazon.

Return window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and returned with its original packaging and any included accessories where applicable.

Return shipping costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns, including returns due to change of mind, incorrect selection, or similar reasons.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, Muaazon will cover the reasonable return shipping cost or provide another appropriate resolution.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please contact us as soon as possible at muaazons@gmail.com and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video where appropriate. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution.

Non-returnable situations
We may be unable to accept a return where an item has been used, damaged after delivery, altered, or returned without essential components or packaging. Certain hygiene-sensitive, personalized, or final-sale items may also be non-returnable where permitted by applicable law. Any such restriction will be disclosed on the relevant product page.

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges, if any, are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Order cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately. We will try to accommodate the request, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing or fulfillment has begun.
